As part of our surveys, we always provide you with the opportunity to both tell us about yourself but also tell us how you intend to use of adapt a property which you are buying. As part of this process, we are not only available for you to speak to on the telephone but will send you a questionnaire to complete prior to the survey being undertaken.

The purpose of the questionnaire is not only to find out about you and your plans for the property but also to find out anything you already known about the property and any concerns you have. This allows us to adapt the contents of our report so that we can provide the advice you really need.
